Who are we?
A team of office volunteers who man the church office each Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 12:30pm.
Who are we for?
We provide a regular, accessible and available contact point to meet the needs of church members and members of the wider community alike.
What do we do?
Administrative duties include: taking messages from the answering machine and passing them on to staff and clergy; welcoming and dealing with office visitors; passing on church centre and lounge bookings to the Bookings Administrator; photocopying the weekly notice sheet, service sheets and publicity materials; passing on enquiries to the clergy concerning applications for banns, weddings, baptisms, funerals and other pastoral needs.

In the church office each Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 12:00pm.
