Activities for Children

On Sundays, during the 10:45am service, we have groups and activities for children from birth to 14 years of age.

We want to sow the seeds of faith in our children, and help them to grow into committed Christians.  Our groups are safe places, with CRB checked Christian leaders, who create a fun and vibrant environment for our children to enjoy.

We currently operate the following groups:

Crèche for children aged from birth to 3 years, which has lots of great toys to play with and staff who are happy to look after your child, whilst you take part in the service.

Mini-Disciples which comprises Scramblers (age 3-5), Climbers (age 5-8) and Explorers (age 8-11).  These groups meet together in the Church Centre for praise, worship, games and teaching, before splitting into separate groups for age-appropriate activities, craft and prayer.

Pathfinders, which is designed for young people aged between 11 to 14 years, which meets in the Memorial Hall.  This group has more ‘in depth’ Bible study and discussion.

YPF, for all young people aged over 14 years.  This group meets on Sunday evening from 6:30pm.

Children are often encouraged to follow up on what they have learnt by taking something home with them to keep or share with their families.

We often run extra activities, such as holiday clubs, and special events.  Please watch this space for information, or pick up an information sheet in Church.

If you have any questions, please contact the Youth Minister, Chris Spencer.
