All other Sundays at 10:45am
Informal Morning Worship
( 1 hour and 15 minutes )
An informal service with a music group.
Holy Communion on 3rd and 5th Sundays.
Baptisms and Thanksgivings usually take place during ‘Informal Morning Worship’ on the second and fourth Sunday of each month.
Following a time of worship together, we break up for teaching in three separate ‘Zones’ based upon the level of each individuals spiritual journey and/or preferred learning style.
The content will be based upon the topic of the day, and will be covered further in the various housegroups.
Zone 2 – Interactive
Aimed specifically at teenagers, and those new to the Christian faith, this zone provides ample opportunities for individuals to ask questions and debate the topic of the day. Once again, the material will be covered further in the various housegroups.
Zone 3 – Creative
The storyteller sets the scene prior to opportunities for arts, crafts and drama.
Refreshments are served in the church centre immediately following all of these services.
Please follow the links below for further information about festival and other special services, either on the HOME page of this site, or within the [CALENDAR SECTION] of our page on the official Church of England ‘A Church Near You’ website.
“Sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvellous things; his right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him. The LORD has made his salvation known and revealed his righteousness to the nations. He has remembered his love and his faithfulness to Israel; all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.”
“Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth, burst into jubilant song with music; make music to the LORD with the harp, with the harp and the sound of singing, with trumpets and the blast of the ram’s horn– shout for joy before the LORD, the King. Let the sea resound, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it. Let the rivers clap their hands, let the mountains sing together for joy; let them sing before the LORD, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples with equity.”
Psalm 98 (NIV)
